Terms of Service

What I can draw

  • Animals **(Varies ) **

  • Animal ears/tails are okay

  • OC's (Original Characters)

  • Boys / Girls

  • Fanart

What I cannot draw

  • Realism / Old People / Muscular People

  • Mech / Robot

  • Armo

  • Furries

  • NSFW

MY RIGHTS:

  • I have the right to decline any commissioner

  • Anything complicated may be simplified or removed

  • I will most likely stream your commission on Twitch, you may request that I do not stream your commission

  • I own the rights over my art. Please do not claim the credit

  • Nothing made by me may be used in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, AI, etc...

  • Reproducing, modifying, or tracing the commissioned piece in any form isn't allowed

  • Commissioner may post the artwork on their social media and use it as their pfp, even use it for Twitch as long as you credit me

  • Please credit with my username or link it to any of my social media or commission carrd, if you post/use on social media or Twitch

PAYMENT:

  • Payments are only accepted through PayPal, and will be invoiced to clients by the artist

  • I will send you an invoice via Paypal and payment must be paid in full before I start working unless it's a large order

  • Larger orders of $100 USD or more will be broken up into partial payments; at least HALF must be paid in order for me to begin working on it ( unless we discuss and come to an agreement )

  • Partial payment is also allowed for commissions worth $70 USD

REFUNDS:

  • I will not provide refunds unless something happens on my end or you discuss the situation

REVISIONS:

  • You are allowed to have as many revisions during the sketch phase

  • After you approve the sketch I will begin to complete the commission

  • Some changes may be allowed even after the art has been completed such as changing colors, adding a decoration, changing expression, etc.

  • Change in pose, hair, outfits, etc after the completed drawing will require a fee

TURNAROUND TIME:

  • I usually complete commissions within 2-4 Weeks

  • If commissions are needed by a specific date, please specify in your inquiry

  • I will inform you in advance if I cannot complete your order in due time; we can either work it out or I'll provide a refund
